In Dec 2024 Andrew Major will Row Solo in a race called 'The Worlds Toughest Row', 3000 miles Across The Atlantic Ocean.
Recognising the early signs of burnout Andrew realised he needed to take control of his wellbeing. Something he could focus on ,that was both physical & technical, whilst also providing an opportunity to do some good in the world. That’s when he saw ‘Pegasus’ an R25 ocean rowing boat, at that time , owned by the ‘Grandads of the Atlantic’ moored in Port Solent marina.
